Gnomon Informatics S.A. has successfully concluded its participation in the SHAPES piloting activities by adapting the eHealthPassTM digital health platform to the specific needs and requirements of the piloting themes. SHAPES Pilot theme 2: Improving In-Home and Community-based Care

This theme revolved around creating an ideal home environment for elderly individuals requiring care, emphasizing specialized nursing services. The main goal was to foster a nurturing environment that promotes autonomy without compromising the need for medical attention.
