SHAPES was invited to present its approach in a special session of the IoT Week Conference 2022 in Dublin, Ireland (June 20-23, 2022). I Dr Artur Krukowski (INTRACOM TELECOM) presented the SHAPES project and its approach for the semantic interoperability among e-Health systems, fostering safe and secure exchange of private identifiable data, at the special session entitled “Trustworthy in Artificial Intelligence in the healthcare domain” on June 21, 2022.

 

Dr Artur Krukowski (INTRACOM TELECOM) serves as Technical Manager of SHAPES and contributes its background knowledge on IoT platforms interoperability based on our symbIoTe platform and is the leader of the Work Package 4 entitled “SHAPES Technological Platform”.

 

SHAPES is a 4-year duration (November 2019 – October 2023) research project aiming to create the first European open Ecosystem enabling the large-scale deployment of a broad range of digital solutions for supporting and extending healthy and independent living for older individuals who are facing permanently or temporarily reduced functionality and capabilities. SHAPES builds an interoperable platform integrating smart digital solutions to collect and analyse older individuals’ health, environmental and lifestyle information, identify their needs and provide personalised solutions that uphold the individuals’ data protection and trust.
