On World Computing Day, the 9th of December of 2021, the Official Association of Computer Science Engineers of Castilla-La Mancha (COIICLM) held the COIICLM 2021 Computer Science Awards.

During the event, the European project SHAPES was awarded in the “Innovative Public Initiative” category, led by María José Santofimia at the University of Castilla-La Mancha, Professor of the ESI, and developed by the ARCO research group.
